“I have been training under Shannon for three months now and I have noticed major improvement in both my form and strength. She is a great trainer and motivator, she always encourages me to continuously challenge myself. She pushes me to reach my personal strength and fitness goals without pressure or risk of injury. Working out with Shannon never feels like a chore and it’s the part of the day I look forward to the most!
